Ye dish hai ek anokha mishran jahan paneer ki lachile pattiyan masalon ke saath ghulti hain, aur jab aap ek baar iska swad chakhenge, toh aap bhi kehenge, "Wah! Kya Baat Hai!"
Lacha Paneer Ki Katha:
Lacha Paneer ek North Indian dish hai jo paneer ke pyaare swaad ko aur bhi adhik visheshta deti hai. Iska naam hi itna ras bhara hai ki iski baat-chit ho toh mooh mein pani aa jaata hai.
Isme paneer ki lachile pattiyan aur masaledar gravy ka mel mila hai jo har kisi ko lubha leta hai.
Ingredients:
Is laziz dish ko banane ke liye aapko kuch saral samagri ki zarurat hogi:
Paneer - 250 gram (lachile tukde mein kata hua)
Pyaaz - 2 adad (bareek kata hua)
Tamatar - 2 adad (kata hua)
Dhaniya Powder - 1 chammach
Lal Mirch Powder - 1/2 chammach
Haldi Powder - 1/4 chammach
Jeera - 1/2 chammach
Namak - Swaad Anusaar
Adrak Lehsun Ka Paste - 1 chammach
Dhaniya Patti - Garnishing ke liye
Vidhi:
Sabse pehle, ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usme jeera daal kar saute karein.
Ab isme pyaaz aur adrak lehsun ka paste daal kar bhunein, jab tak wo sunehra na ho jaaye.
Ab isme tamatar aur saare masale daal kar milayein aur bhunein, jab tak tel chhod na jaaye.
Is masaledar gravy mein paneer ke lache hue tukde daal kar halka sa paani daalein aur dhak kar pakayein, 5-7 minute tak.
Jab paneer gal jaaye aur gravy garha ho jaaye, tab isse gas band kar dein.
Ab isse dhaniya patti se sajayein aur garama-garam serve karein.
Sajavat aur Serve Karne Ka Tarika:
Lacha Paneer ko serve karne ka sabse accha tareeka hota hai ek sundar dish mein lagakar.
Aap ise dhaniya patti se sajaa sakte hain aur garam roti, naan ya chawal ke saath serve kar sakte hain. Ek baar jab aap iska swad chakhenge, toh aap bhi khushi-khushi isse dohrayenge!
Paneer ko agar thoda sa ghee mein bhun kar bhi dala jaye toh uska swaad aur bhi badh jaata hai.
Agar aap chahein toh isme thoda sa cream bhi mila sakte hain, jo ki gravy ko aur bhi creamy bana dega.
Pyaaz aur tamatar ko achhe se bhun kar gravy banayein, taki unki khatti-meethi swaad ka mishran ban sake.
