Matar Paneer Recipe

Introduction:

Matar paneer ek aisa dish hai jo har ghar ki bhojalya mein apni jagah bana chuki hai. Yeh dish na sirf swadist hai balki poshak tatvo se bharpoor bhi hai. 

Ismein matar aur paneer ka mishran ek anokha aur lajawaab swaad prastut karta hai. 

Aaj hum is lekh mein matar paneer ki vidhi, uske labh aur kuch mahatvapurn tips ke bare mein baat karenge.

Matra Paneer ki Vidhi:

Matar paneer banane ke liye sabse pehle, 2 pyaaz, 3 tamatar aur 2 hari mirch ko mixer mein grind karein. Phir ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein 1/2 chammach jeera daalein. 

Jeera sunehra hone par ismein pyaaz-tamatar paste daal kar bhune. Ab ismein 1 chammach adrak-lehsun ka paste aur thoda sa haldi powder milayein.

Jab masala bhun jaye to ismein 1 chammach dhaniya powder, 1/2 chammach lal mirch powder, aur 1/4 chammach garam masala powder daal kar milayein. Ab ismein namak aur cheeni daal kar acche se mix karein.

Is masale mein ab 1/2 katori dahi dalein aur halka sa bhune. Jab dahi ka pani sukh jaye to ismein 1 katori matar aur 200 gram paneer ke tukde daal kar milayein.

 Thodi der pakayein aur phir thoda sa pani daal kar 5-7 minute ke liye dhak kar pakayein.

Matar paneer taiyar hai! Garama-garam roti ya chawal ke saath serve karein aur swaad uchhaliye.

Matar Paneer ke Labh:

Poshak Tatva: Matar paneer mein matar aur paneer dono hi poshak tatvo se bharpur hote hain. 

Matar mein fiber aur protein hota hai, jabki paneer mein calcium aur protein hota hai. Yeh dono mil kar shareer ko jaroori poshak tatva pradan karte hain.

Vajan Niyantran: Matar paneer mein fiber aur protein ka mishran hone se yeh vajan niyantran mein madad karta hai.

 Ismein fat ki matra bhi kam hoti hai, jo vajan ko niyantrit rakhne mein sahayak hoti hai.

Pachan Tantra: Ismein moujud fiber pachan tantra ko sudharne mein madad karta hai aur pet se judi samasyao ko dur karta hai.

Khoobsurti Ka Raaz: Paneer mein moujud protein aur vitamin E twacha ko jawan aur chamakdar banata hai. Isse balon aur nakhoon bhi majboot hote hain.

Tips aur Tadka:

Paneer ko taiyar karte samay thoda sa namak ya haldi dalkar garam paani mein bhigo kar rakhein. Isse paneer ka swaad aur mulayamta badh jati hai.

Masale ko dhyan se bhunna na bhulein, sahi bhuna masala hi dish ka asli swaad badhata hai.

Agar aap calorie kam kar rahe hain, to paneer ki jagah tofu ka istemal bhi kar sakte hain.

Fresh hari mirch ya hari dhaniya se garnish karein, jisse dish ka swaad aur bhi badh jayega.

Is prakar, matar paneer ek swaadisht aur poshak dish hai jo har kisi ko pasand aati hai. Isse taiyar karna bhi asaan hai aur iske kai swasthya labh hain. Toh aaj hi apne ghar par matar paneer banayein aur swasth rahein.
