Vidhi:
Sabse pehle ek kadhai mein tel garam karein.
Garam tel mein pyaaz, adrak, lehsun aur hari mirch daalein aur use bhune jab tak pyaaz sunehra na ho jaaye.
Ab isme tamatar daal kar milayein aur tamatar gal jaane tak pakayein.
Jab tamatar gal jaayein to isme haldi powder, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder aur namak daal kar mix karein.
Iske baad isme kaju ka paste aur dahi daal kar milayein aur achhe se mix karein.
