Lehsun Paneer

Lehsun Paneer ek unique dish hai jo garlic lovers ke liye ek treat ki tarah hai. Is dish mein paneer ko lehsun ke saath pakaya jata hai, jo ki dish ko ek alag aur khaas swaad deta hai.

Lehsun Paneer Ki Recipe:

Lehsun Paneer banane ke liye aapko chahiye:

Paneer: 250 grams (cubed)

Lehsun (Garlic): 15-20 cloves (chopped)

Pyaaz (Onion): 2 medium (chopped)

Tamatar (Tomato): 3 medium (chopped)

Hari Mirch (Green Chilli): 1 (chopped)

Haldi (Turmeric Powder): 1/2 teaspoon

Dhaniya Powder (Coriander Powder): 1 teaspoon

Garam Masala: 1/2 teaspoon

Dahi (Yogurt): 2 tablespoons

Namak (Salt): Swaad anusaar

Tel (Oil): 2 tablespoons

Kaju (Cashew Nuts): 10-12 (soaked, optional)

Lehsun Paneer banane ke liye sabse pehle ek kadhai mein tel garam karein. Usmein pyaaz, lehsun aur hari mirch daal kar bhunein. Jab pyaaz sunehri brown ho jaaye, usmein tamatar daal kar pakayein.

Tamatar gal jaane par usmein haldi, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder aur namak daal kar milayein. Ab is mixture ko thanda karke blender mein blend kar lein aur smooth paste tayar kar lein.

Ab ek kadhai mein thoda sa tel garam karein aur usmein tomato paste daal kar bhunein. Jab paste garha ho jaaye, usmein dahi daal kar milayein. Thodi der pakayein aur fir paneer ke tukde daal kar mix karein.

Ab ismein garam masala daal kar milayein aur dhimi aanch par pakayein. Jab gravy achhe se paneer se coat ho jaaye, flame ko band kar dein.

Lehsun Paneer taiyar hai! Isse garama-garam roti ya chawal ke saath serve karein aur swaad uthayein.

Lehsun Paneer Ke Fayde:

Lehsun Paneer khane se hamare sharir ko kai fayde milte hain. Lehsun ke guno se bharpur hone ke karan yeh dish hamare heart health ke liye bhi faydemand hai.

 Iske alawa paneer mein protein aur calcium hota hai jo hamare muscles aur bones ke liye jaroori hai.

Lehsun Paneer ko banane ke kai tarike hote hain. Kuch log ismein cream bhi daal dete hain, jo gravy ko aur bhi rich banata hai. 

Kuch log ismein badam ya kaju paste bhi daal dete hain, jo ki gravy ko aur bhi creamy aur nutty taste deta hai.
