Methi Paneer banane ke liye sabse pehle ek kadhai mein tel garam karein. Usmein pyaaz, adrak, lehsun, hari mirch daal kar bhunein. Jab pyaaz sunehri brown ho jaaye, usmein tamatar daal kar pakayein.
Tamatar gal jaane par usmein haldi, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder aur namak daal kar milayein.
Ab is mixture ko thanda karke blender mein blend kar lein aur smooth paste tayar kar lein.
Ab ek alag kadhai mein thoda sa tel garam karein aur usmein methi leaves daal kar bhunein.
