Vidhi:
Sabse pehle ek kadhai mein tel garam karein.
Garam tel mein pyaaz daal kar halka sa bhune, fir usme adrak lehsun ka paste daal kar bhune.
Ab isme tamatar, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, haldi powder aur namak daal kar milayein aur pakayein.
Jab tamatar gal jaayein to isme paneer ke tukde daal kar milayein aur dhimi aanch par pakayein.
Kuch der pakne ke baad isme garam masala powder daal kar mix karein aur gas band kar dein.
