Paneer Tandoori Masala Recipe: Swaad se Bharpur aur Asaan Banayein

Paneer: 250 gram (cubed)

Dahi (Curd): 1/2 cup

Adrak aur Lehsun ka paste: 1 chammach

Lal Mirch powder: 1 chammach

Dhaniya powder: 1 chammach

Jeera powder: 1/2 chammach

Garam Masala powder: 1/2 chammach

Haldi powder: 1/2 chammach

Amul Cream: 2 chammach

Namak: Swaad ke anusaar

Tel: 2-3 chammach

Tandoori Masala: 2 chammach

Nimbu ka ras: 1 chammach

Hara Dhaniya: Sajane ke liye

Vidhi:

Sabse pehle ek bowl mein dahi lekar usme adrak lehsun ka paste, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, garam masala powder, haldi powder, tandoori masala, namak, nimbu ka ras aur cream daal kar achhe se milayein.

Isme paneer ke tukde daal kar acche se mix karein aur ise 30 minute tak marinate hone ke liye rakh dein.

Ab ek non-stick tawa ya grill pan garam karein aur us par tel lagayein.

Tel garam hone par us par paneer ke tukde rakhein aur dhimi aanch par sekein.

Paneer ko dono taraf se sek kar use ek plate mein nikal lein.
