Paneer Tikka banane ke liye sabse pehle ek bowl mein dahi lein aur usmein adrak-lehsun paste, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, garam masala aur namak milayein.
Ab is mixture mein paneer ke tukde, pyaaz aur shimla mirch ke tukde daal kar achhe se mix karein. Ise kam se kam 30 minutes tak marinate hone ke liye rakh dein.
Ek tandoor ya grill ko garam karein. Ab soaked skewers par alternate layers mein paneer, pyaaz aur shimla mirch ke tukde laga kar skewers ko tandoor ya grill mein sek kar pakayein.
