Instructions

1. Paneer aur Aloo ko Fry Karein

Sabse pehle, ek pan mein 2 tablespoons mustard oil garam karein. Oil garam hone par isme paneer cubes daal kar golden brown hone tak fry karein. 

Fried paneer ko paper towel pe nikal kar rakhein taaki excess oil nikal jaye. Ab isi oil mein aloo cubes ko fry karein jab tak wo golden brown aur crispy na ho jayein. Fried aloo ko bhi paneer ke sath side mein rakhein.

2. Tempering ke Liye Masala Taiyaar Karein

Ab pan mein remaining mustard oil add karein aur isme cumin seeds, bay leaves, green cardamoms, aur cinnamon stick daal kar fry karein jab tak masale khushbu na dene lagein. 

Ab finely chopped onions daal kar translucent hone tak fry karein. Phir ginger paste add karke 1-2 minute ke liye saute karein.

3. Tomato aur Masala Add Karein

Ab finely chopped tomatoes daal kar cook karein jab tak wo soft na ho jayein aur oil separate hone lage. 

Is stage par turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, aur red chili powder add karke ache se mix karein.

4. Aloo aur Paneer ko Mix Karein

5. Gravy ko Cook Karein
