Sabse pehle toor dal ko achhi tarah se dho lein. Ek pressure cooker mein dal aur 2-3 cups paani dal kar haldi powder aur thoda sa namak daal dein. Cook karne ke liye rakhein aur 3-4 seeti tak paka lein. Cooker ka pressure khatam hone ke baad, dal ko mash kar lein taki wo thodi creamy ban jaye.

2. Tadka Tayaar Karna
