1 tablespoon lemon juice

2-3 tablespoons oil (for shallow frying)

Instructions

1. Palak ko Blanch Karein

Sabse pehle, palak ko ache se dhoke blanch kar lein. Blanch karne ke liye, ek pan mein pani ubalne dein aur palak ko 2-3 minutes ke liye isme daal kar pakayein. 

Phir palak ko thande pani mein daal kar strain karein aur finely chop kar lein. Ye step palak ka color aur nutrients maintain rakhta hai.

2. Mixture Taiyaar Karein

Ek bade mixing bowl mein crumbled paneer, blanched aur chopped palak, mashed potato, finely chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, aur saare dry masale (chaat masala, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, aur salt) add karein. In sab cheezon ko ache se mix karein jab tak ek uniform mixture na ban jaye.

3. Binding Agent Add Karein

5. Shallow Fry Karein

Ek pan mein oil garam karein. Jab oil garam ho jaye, to kebabs ko shallow fry karein. Medium heat par fry karein taaki kebabs ache se cook ho jayein aur golden brown aur crispy ban jayein. 

Har side ko evenly fry karein, aur jab tak kebabs crispy aur golden brown na ho jayein, tab tak inhe fry karein.

6. Excess Oil Drain Karein
