Pressure cook karna:
Soaked dal ko pressure cooker mein daal kar 2-3 cup paani daalein. Isme 1/2 tsp haldi aur thoda sa namak daal kar 3-4 seeti tak pakayein. Jab pressure cooker ka pressure khatam ho jaye, tab dal ko achhe se mash kar lein taki yeh creamy aur smooth ho jaye.
Tadka taiyar karna:
Ek kadahi ya pan lein aur usme ghee ya oil daalein. Jab ghee garam ho jaye, to isme jeera aur rai daalein. Jab yeh splutter hone lagein, tab hing aur hari mirch daalein.
Pyaaz aur tamatar bhunna:
Ab finely chopped pyaaz daal kar golden brown hone tak bhunein. Iske baad ginger-garlic paste daalein aur 2 minute tak fry karein. Phir finely chopped tamatar daal kar tamatar ke soft hone aur oil chhodne tak pakayein.
Masale milana:
Tamatar soft hone ke baad, isme haldi, lal mirch powder, aur dhaniya powder daalein. Achhe se milayein taki masale se tamatar achhe se coat ho jayein.
Dal ko tadke mein milana:
