Chilli paneer

Chilli Paneer ek aisa dish hai jo apne masaledaar swaad aur desi andaaz ke liye mashhoor hai. 

Yeh Indo-Chinese fusion dish hai jo Indian kitchens mein bhi aaj kal bahut pasand ki jaati hai. Paneer ki mazedar taseer aur masaledaar gravy, yeh dish ko ek alag hi pehchaan deti hai. 

Chilli Paneer ko ghar par banane mein maza aata hai aur yeh party mein ya special occasions par bhi sabko khush kar deta hai.

Chilli Paneer ki Recipe:

Ingredients:


Paneer: 250 grams (cubed)

Pyaaz (Onion): 1 medium (diced)

Shimla Mirch (Capsicum): 1 medium (diced)

Hari Mirch (Green chilli): 2 (slit lengthwise)

Adrak aur Lehsun ka paste (Ginger and Garlic paste): 1 tablespoon

Soya sauce: 2 tablespoons

Chilli sauce: 1 tablespoon

Tomato sauce: 2 tablespoons

Namak (Salt): Swaad anusaar

Kaali mirch powder (Black pepper powder): 1/2 teaspoon

Cornflour: 2 tablespoons

Tel (Oil): 2 tablespoons

Hara Dhaniya (Coriander leaves): Sajane ke liye

Method:

Sabse pehle, ek bowl mein paneer ke tukde aur cornflour ko achhe se milayein aur 5 minutes ke liye rakh dein.

Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein adrak-lehsun ka paste daal kar bhunein.

Ab pyaaz, shimla mirch aur hari mirch ko kadhai mein daal kar sauté karein, jab tak woh halka golden brown na ho jaayein.

Ab soya sauce, chilli sauce aur tomato sauce daal kar milayein aur achhe se bhunein.

Uske baad, paneer ke tukde ko kadhai mein daal kar ache se mix karein.

Namak aur kaali mirch powder daal kar swaad anusar mishran karein.

Aakhri mein, hara dhaniya se sajayein aur garama garam serve karein.

Chilli Paneer ka Swaad:

Chilli Paneer ka swaad ekdum kadak aur masaledaar hota hai. Paneer ke tukde jo ki cornflour se cover hote hain, woh gravy ko achhe se absorb karte hain aur har bite mein ek alag maza dete hain. 

Shimla mirch aur pyaaz ka crispness aur sauces ka perfect blend, yeh dish ko ekdum irresistible bana deta hai. 

Aur agar aap spicy food ke shaukeen hain toh, hari mirch aur red chilli flakes se aur bhi teekha bana sakte hain.

Chilli Paneer ko Khaane ka Tarika:

Chilli Paneer ko sadak par ya restaurants mein aksar starter ke roop mein serve kiya jata hai. Isse na sirf parties mein, balki normal dinners mein bhi serve kiya ja sakta hai. 

Agar aap ise ghar par banate hain, toh ise chawal ya roti ke saath serve kar sakte hain. Aur agar aap health conscious hain, toh brown rice ke saath bhi yeh dish enjoy kar sakte hain.

Chilli Paneer mein paneer kaafi healthy hota hai. Paneer mein protein aur calcium hota hai jo haddiyo ke liye bahut faydemand hota hai. 

Iske alawa, ismein vegetables jaise shimla mirch aur pyaaz bhi hote hain jo vitamins aur antioxidants se bharpur hote hain. Is dish ko occasionally khaana aapko taste ke saath saath nutrients bhi provide karta hai.
