Kaddi paneer

Aaj hum baat karenge ek anokhe aur lazeez dish ke baare mein - Kaddi Paneer! Yeh dish hai jismein paneer ke tukde swaad aur kaddu ki meethi chashni mein ghul jaate hain, aur result, ek mazedaar aur chatpata swaad!

Ingredients:

Paneer (200 grams)

Kaddu (300 grams)

Pyaaz (1 medium, kata hua)

Tamatar (2 medium, kata hua)

Hari mirch (2 adad, kata hua)

Adrak aur lehsun ka paste (1 chammach)

Haldi powder (1/2 chammach)

Lal mirch powder (1/2 chammach)

Dhania powder (1 chammach)

Jeera (1/2 chammach)

Namak swaad anusaar

Tel (2-3 chammach)

Hari dhaniya (garnishing ke liye)

Instructions:

Sabse pehle, kaddu ko chheel kar chote tukdon mein kaat lein.

Paneer ko bhi chote tukdon mein kaat lein.

Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur jeera ko bhun lein.

Ab pyaaz aur hari mirch ko daalein aur sauté karein jab tak pyaaz sunehra na ho jaye.

Ab adrak-lehsun ka paste daalein aur bhunein.

Tamatar aur saare masale (haldi powder, lal mirch powder, dhania powder, namak) daalein aur bhunein.

Ab kaddu aur paneer ko daalein aur mila lein.

Thoda sa paani daalein aur dhak kar pakayein jab tak kaddu aur paneer gal na jaaye.

Garnish karein hari dhaniya se aur garama garam serve karein!

Aur haa, kaddi paneer ko garama garam roti ya chawal ke saath serve karein, aur dekhein kaise sabke muh mein paani aa jata hai!
