Khoya Paneer: Swaad ka Mel

Khoya paneer, ek deshi aur swadisht dish hai jo har kisi ke muh mein paani la deta hai. Yeh dish aamtor par shaadiyon, parties ya kisi khaas mauke par banaayi jaati hai. 

Ismein paneer aur khoya ka mishran hota hai, jo ise ek anokha aur lazeez swaad pradaan karta hai.

Khoya paneer banane ke liye zaroorat hai:

Paneer: Ek bada patta

Khoya: Ek katori

Pyaaz: Do bade

Tamatar: Do bade

Hari mirch: 2 se 3

Adrak lehsun ka paste: 1 chhota chammach

Dhaniya powder: 1 chhota chammach

Lal mirch powder: 1 chhota chammach

Haldi powder: 1 chhota chammach

Garam masala: 1/2 chhota chammach

Namak: Swaad anusaar

Khoya Paneer Banane ka Tarika

Sabse pehle, ek pan mein tel garam karein aur usmein pyaaz, tamatar, hari mirch aur adrak lehsun ka paste daal kar saute karein.

Jab sabziyaan gal jaayein aur tel alag hone lage, usmein saare masale daal kar milayein aur acchi tarah se bhunein.

Ab ismein paneer aur khoya daal kar milayein aur dheemi aanch par pakayein.

10-15 minute tak pakayein, jab tak paneer aur khoya achhe se mil na jaayein.

Akhir mein garam masala daal kar mix karein aur garnish ke liye hari dhaniya se sajayein.

Khoya paneer tayaar hai, ise garama garam serve karein aur apne parivaar aur dosto ke saath enjoy karein.
