Palak Paneer: Ek Swaadisht aur Poshak Dish"

Namaskar dosto! Aaj hum baat karenge ek aise dish ki, jo har ghar ki kitchen mein ek mahtvapurn sthaan rakhti hai.

Palak Paneer! Ye dish na keval swaadisht hai, balki poshak tatvon se bharpoor bhi hai. Is dish ko banane ka tareeka itna saral hai ki kisi bhi beginner cook ko bhi aasani se banane mein safalta mil jaati hai.

Palak paneer ek popular North Indian dish hai, jise log ghar par bhi bana sakte hain aur restaurants mein bhi enjoy kar sakte hain.

 Is dish ka mool maadhyam palak (spinach) aur paneer (Indian cottage cheese) hota hai. Palak paneer ko banane ke liye zaroori samagri aam tor par har ghar mein asaani se uplabdh hoti hai.

Palak paneer ko banane ka mukhya tatva hai palak yaani spinach. Palak ek aise patte hai jo poshak tatvon se bharpur hote hain.

Ye iron, vitamin A, vitamin C, aur folic acid se bharpur hai, jo hamare sharir ke liye bahut faydemand hote hain. Iske alawa, paneer bhi ek mahatvapurn source hai protein ka, jo hamare muscles ko majboot banane mein madad karta hai.

Ab hum dekhte hain ki palak paneer kaise banaya jaata hai:

Saman:

250 gram palak (spinach), dhoya hua aur kaatkar

200 gram paneer, cubes mein kaatkar

2 bade pyaaz (onion), kaatkar

2 bade tamatar (tomato), kaatkar

2 hari mirch (green chili), kaatkar

1 inch adrak (ginger), kaatkar

4-5 lehsun ki kaliyan (garlic cloves), kaatkar

1 teaspoon jeera (cumin seeds)

1 teaspoon dhaniya powder (coriander powder)

1/2 teaspoon haldi (turmeric powder)

1/2 teaspoon lal mirch powder (red chili powder)

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

Namak swaad anusar

2 tablespoon tel (oil)

2 tablespoon dahi (yogurt)

2 tablespoon malai (cream)

Hara dhaniya (coriander leaves) garnishing ke liye

Tareeka:

Ek pan mein tel garam karein aur usme jeera dalein. Jab jeera sunehra ho jaaye, usme pyaaz, hari mirch, adrak aur lehsun daal kar bhunein, jab tak pyaaz translucent na ho jaaye.

Ab usme tamatar daalein aur achhe se bhunein, jab tak tamatar naram na ho jaaye.

Ab ismein palak daalein aur 5-7 minute tak bhunein, jab tak palak gal na jaaye.

Gas band karke thanda hone par isse mixer mein blend karein, smooth paste ke liye.

Ab ek alag pan mein tel garam karein aur usmein palak paste daalein. Dhaniya powder, haldi, lal mirch powder aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.

Dahi daal kar 2 minute tak pakayein, phir usme paneer cubes aur malai daal kar mix karein.

5-7 minute tak pakayein, jab tak paneer naram na ho jaaye aur gravy garha na ho jaaye.

Garam masala daal kar mix karein aur gas band kar dein.

Palak paneer ko ek sajawat ke tukdon mein garnish karein aur garama-garam roti ya chawal ke saath serve karein.

Poshak Tatva: Palak mein moujud poshak tatva jaise iron, vitamin A, vitamin C aur folic acid hamare sharir ke liye bahut faydemand hote hain. Paneer mein bhi protein aur calcium ki acchi matra hoti hai.

Sehatmand: Is dish mein use hone wale ingredients sehat ke liye faydemand hote hain aur ismein jyada oil ka istemal bhi nahi hota, jo sehat ke liye accha hota hai.

Swaadisht: Palak paneer ka swaad har kisi ko pasand aata hai. Iska creamy texture aur masaledar swaad aapko khane par majboor kar deta hai.

Aasani se Banaye: Palak paneer ko banane ka tareeka itna asaan hai ki koi bhi beginner cook isse aasani se banakar apne parivaar ko khilane mein saksham ho jaata hai.
