Paneer Cheese Toast Recipe

Paneer Cheese Toast! Ye snack perfect hai breakfast ke liye, evening tea ke saath ya phir bacchon ke lunch box mein pack karne ke liye. Toh chaliye, bina time waste kiye shuru karte hain is delicious recipe ko!

Ingredients

Sabse pehle, humein chahiye kuch basic ingredients:

Bread Slices - 4-6 slices (whole wheat ya white bread, jo aapko pasand ho)

Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - 200 grams (crumbled)

Cheese - 100 grams (grated, mozzarella ya processed cheese)

Onion - 1 medium (finely chopped)

Capsicum - 1 small (finely chopped)

Green Chillies - 1-2 (finely chopped, optional)

 1 small- Tamato (finely chopped)

Coriander Leaves - 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)

Salt - to taste

Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Red Chilli Flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Butter or Ghee - for toasting

(Green Chutney-Tomato Ketchup)for serving.

Preparation

Step 1: Prepare the Paneer Mixture

Sabse pehle ek mixing bowl lein aur usmein crumbled paneer daal dein. Phir usmein finely chopped onion, capsicum, green chillies, tomato aur coriander leaves add kar dein. 

Ab is mixture mein salt, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes aur oregano daal kar achhe se mix kar lein. Ye mixture aapka filling banega toast ke liye.

Step 2: Prepare the Bread Slices

Ab bread slices lein aur unhein ek taraf se thoda butter ya ghee laga dein. Ye step optional hai lekin isse toast zyada crispy aur tasty banega.

 Agar aap healthy version banana chahte hain toh butter skip kar sakte hain.

Step 3: Assemble the Toast

Ab ek bread slice lein aur us par prepared paneer mixture evenly spread kar dein. Dhyaan rakhein ki mixture zyada thick na ho varna toast properly nahi banega.

 Ab grated cheese ko is paneer mixture ke upar evenly spread kar dein. Cheese ki quantity aap apne taste ke according badha ya ghata sakte hain.

Ab ek tawa ya non-stick pan ko medium flame par garam karein. Jab tawa garam ho jaye, toasts ko carefully tawa par rakhein. 

Dhyaan rakhein ki cheese wali side upar ho. Ab tawa ko cover kar dein aur toast ko slow flame par cook hone dein.

Step 4: Toast the Bread

Jab bread ka bottom golden brown ho jaye aur cheese melt hone lage, toasts ko carefully flip karein. 

Flip karte waqt thoda dhyaan rakhein taaki filling gir na jaye. Ab doosri side ko bhi thoda cook karein taaki bread evenly toasted ho jaye.

Step 5: Serve Hot

Jab dono sides achhe se toasted ho jayein aur cheese completely melt ho jaye, toasts ko tawa se nikaal lein aur ek plate mein rakhein. 

Ab inhe diagonally cut karein aur garma-garam paneer cheese toast ko tomato ketchup ya green chutney ke saath serve karein.

Tips and Variations

Vegetable Variations: Aap paneer mixture mein aur bhi vegetables add kar sakte hain jaise corn, carrots, ya boiled peas.

Spicy Version: Agar aapko spicy pasand hai, toh green chillies ki quantity badha sakte hain ya phir red chilli powder add kar sakte hain.

Healthy Version: Is recipe ko aur healthy banane ke liye multigrain ya brown bread use karein aur butter skip kar dein.

Herbs: Aap is mixture mein dried herbs jaise basil ya thyme bhi add kar sakte hain for extra flavor.

Garlic Flavor: Agar aapko garlic pasand hai, toh finely chopped garlic ya garlic powder add kar sakte hain paneer mixture mein.
