Oil - for deep frying
Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish
Method:
Step 1: Preparation
Sabse pehle, paneer ko fingers jaise slices me cut kar lein. Ensure karein ki slices evenly cut ho taaki fry karne me aasan ho.
Step 2: Batter Banana
Ek mixing bowl me, maida, cornflour, rice flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala aur salt dal kar achhe se mix kar lein.
Ab is mixture me thoda-thoda paani dalte hue ek smooth batter bana lein. Batter ki consistency thik hone chahiye taaki woh paneer sticks pe acche se coat ho jaye.
Step 3: Coating
Paneer fingers ko pehle batter me dip karein aur phir bread crumbs me achhe se coat kar lein. Ensure karein ki paneer fingers evenly coated ho bread crumbs se, isse unki crispiness badh jaati hai.
Step 4: Frying
Ab ek kadhai me oil heat karein. Oil garam hone ke baad, paneer fingers ko ek-ek karke oil me dal kar golden brown hone tak fry karein.
Fry karte waqt medium flame maintain karein taaki paneer fingers properly cook ho jayein aur andar se soft rahein.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
