Method (Vidhi)
Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
Sabse pehle ek bada bowl lo aur usme grated paneer, mashed aloo, grated carrot aur boiled peas ko daalo. Yeh sab ingredients ko achi tarah mix karo.
Step 2: Add Spices
Ab is mixture mein green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, chaat masala aur namak daal kar phir se achi tarah se mix karo. Yeh ensure karo ki sab spices evenly distribute ho jayein.
Step 3: Binding
Is mixture ko bind karne ke liye cornflour add karo. Cornflour se cutlets ko shape dena asaan ho jayega aur yeh fry karte waqt tootenge nahi.
Step 4: Shape the Cutlets
Ab is mixture se choti-choti patties banao. Apne haathon ko thoda sa oil laga lo taaki mixture chipke na. Cutlets ko desired shape de sakte ho, round ya oval.
