Paneer Lababdar Ki Recipe:

Paneer Lababdar ek popular North Indian dish hai jo paneer ke premiyo ke liye ek anmol khajana hai.

 Is dish mein paneer ke tukde ko ek rich tomato gravy mein pakaya jata hai, jo is dish ko ek khaas aur lazeez banati hai. 

Paneer Lababdar banane mein thodi mehnat lagti hai, lekin iska swaad aapko sab kuch bhoolne par majboor kar dega.

Paneer Lababdar Ki Recipe:

Ingredients:

250 grams paneer, cubed

2 onions, finely chopped

3 tomatoes, finely chopped

1/2 cup cashew nuts, soaked in warm water

1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

1/2 cup cream

Salt, to taste

2 tablespoons ghee

Coriander leaves, for garnishing

Method:

Sabse pehle, ek blender mein soaked cashew nuts ko paste banane ke liye blend karein.

Ek kadhai mein ghee garam karein aur usmein cumin seeds, hing, pyaaz aur adrak-lehsun ka paste daal kar bhunein.

Jab pyaaz golden brown ho jaye, usmein tamatar, namak, haldi, lal mirch powder aur garam masala daal kar milayein. Gravy ko itna pakayein ki wo thick ho jaye.

Ab is gravy mein cashew paste aur paneer ke tukde daal kar 5-7 minute tak pakayein.

Cream daal kar milayein aur dhimi aanch par 2-3 minute tak pakayein.

Paneer Lababdar taiyar hai! Isse garama-garam serve karein aur coriander leaves se sajayein.

Paneer Lababdar Ke Fayde:

Paneer Lababdar khane se hamare sharir ko kai fayde milte hain. Paneer mein protein aur calcium hota hai jo hamare muscles aur bones ke liye bahut faydemand hota hai. Iske alawa paneer mein vitamin D bhi hota hai jo ki hamare bones ko strong banaye rakhta hai.

Is dish mein use ki jane wali masale bhi hamare sharir ke liye faydemand hote hain. Masalo mein lal mirch, haldi, jeera aadi hamare digestive system ke liye acche hote hain aur hamare khane ko swasth banate hain.

Paneer Lababdar Ki Variations:

Paneer Lababdar ko banane ke kai tarike hote hain. Kuch log ismein cream ya malai bhi daalte hain, jo iske swaad ko aur bhi creamy banata hai. 

Kuch log ismein hari mirch ya kasuri methi bhi dalte hain, jo iske swaad ko aur bhi badha deta hai.

Conclusion:

Paneer Lababdar ek aise dish hai jo sabko pasand aati hai. Iska rich aur creamy swaad sabko behad bhata hai. Is dish ko banane mein thoda sa samay lagta hai, lekin iske swaad se aapko har koi prashansa karega.
