Saag Paneer Ki Recipe:

Saag Paneer, jise kai log Palak Paneer kehte hain, ek pramukh North Indian dish hai jo aam taur par winters mein bani jaati hai.

 Is dish ka pramukh tatva paneer aur saag hota hai, jo ki kayi parkar ke hare patte jaise palak, bathua, sarso, methi aadi se bana hota hai. 

Saag Paneer ek aise dish hai jo not only swaadisht hai, balki nutritious bhi hai. Isme paneer ke proteins aur saag ke vitamins milte hain, jo hamare sharir ke liye bahut faydemand hote hain.

Saag Paneer Ki Recipe:

Saag Paneer banane ke liye sabse pehle saag ko achhe se dhokar kaat lein. Phir ek patile mein paani garam karein aur usme saag daal kar ubaal lein. Jab saag gal jaaye, use thanda karke blend kar lein ya fir chakki se pees lein.

Ab ek kadhai mein ghee ya tel garam karein aur jeera, hing, pyaaz aur tamatar daalkar bhunein. Jab tamatar gal jaaye, usmein saag ka paste daal kar milayein.

Ab ismein masale daal kar pakayein. Masale mein namak, haldi, lal mirch aur dhaniya powder daal kar milayein. Thoda sa garam masala bhi daal sakte hain.

Jab saag achhe se pak jaaye, usmein paneer ke tukde daal kar milayein. Paneer ko saag mein itna pakne dein ki wo saag ka swaad achhe se soak kar sake.

Saag Paneer taiyar hai! Isse garama-garam roti ya chawal ke saath serve karein aur swaad uthayein.

Saag Paneer Ke Fayde:

Saag Paneer khane se hamare sharir ko kai fayde milte hain. Saag mein vitamins A, C, E aur K hota hai jo hamare skin, eyes aur overall health ke liye faydemand hai. Iske alawa saag mein iron bhi hota hai jo ki blood circulation ke liye zaroori hai.
