Kesar (Saffron): 4-5 strands (soaked in warm milk)
Paneer Tikka Masala banane ke liye sabse pehle ek bowl mein dahi, adrak-lehsun paste, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, garam masala aur namak milakar paste tayar karein.
Is paste ko paneer ke tukdo mein achhe se milayein aur use 1-2 ghante ke liye rakh dein.
Ab ek tawa ya tandoor garam karein aur usmein marinated paneer tukde ko sekhein. Paneer ko achhe se sekhein taki wo golden brown ho jaayein.
