Paneer Bhurji: Ek Swaadisht Aur Healthy Dish

Hari Mirch (Green Chilli): 1 (chopped)

Adrak (Ginger): 1 inch piece (grated)

Lehsun (Garlic): 4-5 cloves (minced)

Haldi (Turmeric Powder): 1/2 teaspoon

Dhaniya Powder (Coriander Powder): 1 teaspoon

Garam Masala: 1/2 teaspoon

Namak (Salt): Swaad anusaar

Kali Mirch (Black Pepper): 1/2 teaspoon

Dhaniya Patti (Coriander Leaves): For garnishing

Tel (Oil): 2 tablespoons

Paneer Bhurji banane ke liye sabse pehle ek kadhai mein tel garam karein. Usmein pyaaz, hari mirch, adrak aur lehsun daal kar bhunein.

Jab pyaaz sunehri brown ho jaaye, usmein tamatar daal kar pakayein. Tamatar gal jaane par usmein haldi, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, namak aur kali mirch daal kar milayein.

Ab ismein crumbled paneer daal kar achhe se mix karein. Thoda sa paani daal kar dhak kar 2-3 minute tak pakayein.
