2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon vinegar
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons spring onions, chopped (garnish ke liye)
Instructions:
Step 1: Preparing the Batter
Ek bowl mein maida, cornflour, salt, black pepper powder aur ginger-garlic paste ko mix karein.
Thoda thoda water daalte hue ek smooth batter banayein jo paneer cubes pe achi tarah se coat ho sake.
Step 2: Frying the Paneer
Paneer cubes ko batter mein dip karein aur coat karlein.
Kadai mein oil garam karein aur paneer cubes ko golden brown aur crispy hone tak fry karein.
Fried paneer cubes ko absorbent paper par nikaal lein taaki extra oil soak ho jaaye.
Step 3: Making the Sauce
Ek pan mein 2 tablespoons oil garam karein.
Isme finely chopped garlic, ginger aur green chilies ko sauté karein jab tak aroma aa jaaye.
Ab cubed onions aur capsicum ko add karein aur high flame par 2-3 minutes tak stir fry karein.
Soy sauce, chili sauce, aur tomato ketchup add karein. Ache se mix karein.
Vinegar, salt, black pepper powder aur sugar ko add karein aur sauce ko thoda thicken hone dein.
Step 4: Final Touch
Fried paneer cubes ko sauce mein daal kar achi tarah se toss karein taaki paneer pe sauce evenly coat ho jaaye.
Spring onions se garnish karein.
