Instructions

1. Paneer Mixture Taiyaar Karein

Sabse pehle, ek mixing bowl mein crumbled paneer, mashed potato, finely chopped capsicum, onion, green chilies aur ginger-garlic paste daal kar ache se mix karein. 

Is mixture mein cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, chaat masala aur salt add karein. 

Sab ingredients ko ache se mix karein jab tak ek smooth dough-like consistency na aa jaye.

2. Besan Roast Karein

Ek small pan mein besan ko dry roast karein jab tak wo light golden brown na ho jaye aur uski khushbu na aane lage. 

Roasted besan ko paneer mixture mein daal kar ache se mix karein. Ye besan kebabs ko binding aur crispy texture dene mein madad karega.

3. Skewers Mein Shape Karein

Ab thoda mixture lein aur usse apne hatho mein cylindrical shape mein roll karein. Is shaped mixture ko skewer pe gently press karke fix karein.
