Preparation (Taiyari)
Rajma Ko Bhigo Kar Pakayein:
Rajma ko raat bhar ke liye pani mein bhigo dein.
Agle din, ise acchi tarah se dho kar pressure cooker mein daal dein.
Rajma ke saath 4-5 cup paani, thoda namak aur 1 tej patta daal kar 5-6 seeti lagne tak pakaayein.
Masala Tayaar Karein:
Ek kadhai mein tel ya ghee garam karein.

Garam Masala aur Hara Dhaniya:
Pakne ke baad, isme garam masala daalein aur mix karein.
Hara dhaniya se garnish karein.
