Sanwach Paneer Puff

Ingredients (Samagri)

Dough Ke Liye:

2 cups maida (all-purpose flour)

1/2 tsp namak (salt)

1/2 cup butter, thanda aur cubes mein kata hua

1/2 cup thanda paani (cold water)

Filling Ke Liye:

200 grams paneer, grated ya crumbled

1 small pyaz (onion), finely chopped

1 small shimla mirch (capsicum), finely chopped

2 tbsp dhaniya patta (coriander leaves), chopped

1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)

1 tsp garam masala

1 tbsp oil

Namak swad anusar (salt to taste)

Additional:

1 egg, beaten (egg wash ke liye) - Vegans ke liye optional

Til (sesame seeds) - optional

Instructions (Vidhi)

Dough Banana:

Ek bade bowl mein maida aur namak milayein. Thanda butter add karein aur fingertips se rub karein jab tak mixture breadcrumbs jaise na ho jaye.

Ab thanda paani dheere-dheere add karein aur dough banayein. Dough ko wrap karke fridge mein 30 minutes ke liye rakh dein.

Filling Banana:

Ek pan mein oil garam karein. Pyaz aur shimla mirch add karke soft hone tak bhunein.

Ab grated paneer add karein aur ache se mix karein. Lal mirch powder, haldi, garam masala, aur namak dal kar mix karein.

Dhaniya patta add karein aur filling ko thanda hone dein.

Puff Banana:

Fridge se dough nikaal kar halka sa knead karein aur 1/4 inch thickness ka rectangle roll karein.

Is rectangle ko chote-chote squares mein cut karein.

Har square ke beech mein thodi filling rakhein aur edges ko ache se press karke seal karein. Fork se design bana sakte hain.

Baking tray pe ye puffs rakhein. Beaten egg se brush karein aur chahein to til sprinkle karein.

Preheated oven mein 200°C pe 20-25 minutes tak bake karein ya jab tak puffs golden brown na ho jayein.

Serve Karein:

Sanwach Paneer Puffs ko garma-garam serve karein, ketchup ya chutney ke saath. Ye snack chai ke saath bhi bahut badhiya lagta hai.

Tips:

Agar aapko buttery flavor pasand hai to aap dough mein thoda aur butter add kar sakte hain.

Filling mein apne taste ke according masale adjust kar sakte hain.

Vegan version ke liye, egg wash skip karein aur paani ya milk se brush karein.
