1/2 cup Fresh Cream or Malai

Method:

Step 1: Lentils ko Soak Karna

Sabse pehle, Malak Masar ko ache se wash karein aur raat bhar ke liye paani mein soak kar dein. Agar aapke paas time kam hai, toh aap ise 4-5 ghante bhi soak kar sakte hain.

Step 2: Lentils ko Boil Karna

Next day, soaked Malak Masar ko ek pressure cooker mein daal dein aur 3 cups paani aur thoda sa namak add kar dein. 3-4 whistles tak pressure cook karein taaki lentils soft ho jayein. Pressure ko naturally release hone dein, aur phir cooker khol kar dal ko halki flame par sim karne dein.
