1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)

1 tbsp jaggery (gud) or sugar

2 tbsp tamarind pulp (imli ka ras)

Salt to taste (namak swadanusar)

2 tbsp oil

Fresh coriander leaves for garnish (hara dhaniya)

Method

Dhokli Banana

Mixing the Dough: Ek bade bowl mein gehun ka atta, besan, lal mirch powder, haldi, ajwain, aur namak daal kar achhe se mix kar lein. Ismein 2 tbsp oil daal kar mix karein aur thoda thoda paani daal kar tight dough bana lein. Dough ko 10-15 minute ke liye rest karne de.
