1 teaspoon Lal Mirch powder (red chili powder)
1 tablespoon Dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
1 teaspoon Jeera (cumin seeds)
2-3 Lavang (cloves)
2-3 Badi Elaichi (black cardamom)
1 Tej Patta (bay leaf)
1 inch Dalchini (cinnamon stick)
4-5 tablespoons Tel (oil)
Namak swad anusar (salt to taste)
Hara Dhaniya (fresh coriander leaves) for garnish
Instructions

Step 1: Dal ko boil karna
Sabse pehle, Arhar Dal, Chana Dal, aur Masoor Dal ko ache se dho lein.

Ab ismein chopped tamatar aur hari mirch daal kar ache se mix karein. Tamatar ko soft hone tak cook karein.
Tamatar jab soft ho jaaye, to ismein dhaniya powder, lal mirch powder aur namak daal kar masale ko ache se bhun lein.
Step 4: Mutton ko cook karna
Bhune hue masale mein marinated mutton pieces daal kar high flame par 5-7 minutes tak fry karein.
Ab flame ko low-medium kar dein aur mutton ko masale ke saath ache se bhun lein jab tak tel separate hone lage.
Ab ismein 2 cups paani daal kar cooker ka lid band karein aur 4-5 seeti lagne tak cook karein. Mutton ko tender hone tak cook karein.
Step 5: Dal aur Gosht ka milan
Cooker ka pressure release hone par lid kholein aur cooked mutton ko ek taraf rakh dein.
Ek badi kadhai ya patili mein cooked dal daal kar ache se mix karein aur ismein cooked mutton aur masala daal kar ache se stir karein.
Dal aur mutton ko ek saath 10-15 minutes tak medium flame par cook karein taaki dono ka flavor ache se mix ho jaaye.
Dal Gosht ko ache se mix karte rahein aur consistency check karte rahein. Agar dal zyada thick ho, to thoda paani aur daal kar consistency adjust karein.
Step 6: Garnishing aur serving
Dal Gosht jab ache se cook ho jaaye, to ismein freshly chopped hara dhaniya daal kar mix karein.
