Step 1: Dal ko soak karna aur cook karna
Dal Soaking: Sabse pehle arhar dal ko ache se dhoyein aur phir ise 30 minutes ke liye paani mein bhigone de. Isse dal soft ho jayegi aur jaldi cook ho jayegi.
