2-3 lehsun ki kaliyan, bareek kati hui (garlic cloves, finely chopped)
1 adrak ka tukda, grate kiya hua (ginger piece, grated)
2 tamatar, bareek kate hue (tomatoes, finely chopped)
1/2 tsp dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
1/2 tsp garam masala
Garnish Ke Liye:
Hara dhaniya (coriander leaves), bareek kate hue
Preparation:
Dal Banana:
Dal ko dhoyein aur bhigoyein: Sabse pehle, tuar dal ko ache se dhoke 15-20 minutes ke liye paani mein bhigoyen. Ye step zaroori hai taaki dal ache se pak jaye aur jaldi se gal jaye.
Pressure Cooker mein dal banayein: Ek pressure cooker mein bhigi hui dal, 2 cup paani, haldi aur namak daalein. Cook karein 3-4 seeti tak ya jab tak dal ache se gal na jaye.
Dal ko mash karein: Jab pressure cooker ka khatam ho jaye, dal ko thoda mash karein taaki ek creamy consistency mile.
Tadka Tayaar Karein:
Oil ko garam karein: Ek kadhai ya pan mein tel garam karein. Tel jab garam ho jaye, isme rai daalein aur jab rai chutne lage, tab jeera daalein.
Masale bhuney: Jeera jab bhun jaye, tab hing, sukhi lal mirch aur kadi patta daalein. Inhe achi tarah se bhuney.
Pyaz aur lehsun daalein: Ab isme bareek kata pyaz aur lehsun daalein. Pyaz ko brown golden hone tak bhuney.
Adrak aur tamatar milayein: Pyaz aur lehsun bhunne ke baad, isme grated adrak aur bareek kate tamatar daalein. Tamatar ko soft hone tak aur tel chhodne tak bhuney.
Masale milayein: Ab isme lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder aur garam masala daalein. Inhe achi tarah se mix karein aur 2-3 minute tak bhuney.
Dal aur Tadka ko Milayein:
Dal ko tadka mein milayein: Ab jo cooked dal hai usse tadka mein daalein aur ache se mix karein. Agar dal thodi gadhi lage toh thoda paani daal sakte hain.
Simmer karein: Dal ko 5-7 minute tak dhimi aanch par simmer hone dein taaki sab masale dal mein achi tarah se mil jayein aur ek swadisht flavor aaye.
Garnish aur Serve Karein:
Garnish karein: Dal ko serving bowl mein nikaalein aur upar se hara dhaniya daalkar garnish karein.
Serve karein: Garam-garam Kadi Patta Dal ko chawal ya roti ke saath serve karein.
