Method
Chana Dal ko bhigo dena:
Sabse pehle, chana dal ko ache se dhoke kam se kam 30 minutes ke liye paani mein bhigo dein. Isse dal thoda soft ho jayega aur jaldi pak jayega.
Green Peas ka Paste:
Ab fresh green peas ko mixer grinder mein dal kar thoda sa coarse paste bana lein. Bahut fine paste nahi banana, thoda texture hona chahiye.
Mustard Oil Garam Karna:
Kadhai mein mustard oil garam karein. Jab oil achi tarah se garam ho jaye aur thoda sa smoke nikalne lage, tab samjhein ki oil ready hai.
Tadka Lagana:
Garam oil mein cumin seeds daalein. Jab cumin seeds crackle karne lage, tab bay leaf, cloves aur cinnamon stick daalein. Inhe 30 seconds tak fry karein taaki masalon ka aroma aajaye.
