Ingredients (Samagri)
Panchmel Dal banane ke liye aapko zaroori samagri ki zarurat hogi:
Arhar Dal (Toor Dal) - 2 tablespoons
Moong Dal - 2 tablespoons
Chana Dal - 2 tablespoons
Masoor Dal - 2 tablespoons
Urad Dal - 2 tablespoons
Ghee - 2 tablespoons
Jeera (Cumin Seeds) - 1 teaspoon
Hing (Asafoetida) - 1 pinch
Hari Mirch (Green Chillies) - 2, slit
Adrak (Ginger) - 1-inch piece, finely chopped
Lahsun (Garlic) - 4-5 cloves, finely chopped
Tamatar (Tomatoes) - 2, finely chopped
Haldi (Turmeric Powder) - 1/2 teaspoon
Laal Mirch Powder (Red Chilli Powder) - 1 teaspoon
Dhaniya Powder (Coriander Powder) - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Namak (Salt) - to taste
Hara Dhaniya (Coriander Leaves) - for garnish
Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Recipe (Banane ki Vidhi)
1. Dal Ko Bhigo Kar Rakhein
Panchmel Dal banane ke liye sabse pehle aapko sabhi dalon ko ache se dho kar, kam se kam 30 minute ke liye bhigo kar rakhna hoga. Yeh step zaroori hai taaki dal ache se gal jaayein aur unka swad nikhra nikhra rahe.
2. Dal Ko Pressure Cooker Mein Pakayein
30 minute ke baad, dal ko pressure cooker mein daal dein. Isme 4-5 cups paani daalein aur namak aur haldi daal kar mix karein. Ab pressure cooker ka dhakkan band karein aur 3-4 seeti aane tak dal ko pakne dein. Jab cooker ka pressure khatam ho jaaye, dhakkan khol kar dal ko achi tarah se mash kar lein.
3. Tadka Tayaar Karein
Ek kadhai mein ghee garam karein. Jab ghee garam ho jaaye, isme jeera aur hing daal dein. Jeera jab tadakne lage, tab isme hari mirch, adrak, aur lahsun daal kar bhun lein. Yeh tadka dal ko ek unique aroma aur swad deta hai.
4. Tamatar Aur Masale Bhunein
Ab tadke mein finely chopped tamatar daal dein. Tamatar ko tab tak bhunein jab tak wo soft aur mushy na ho jaaye. Isme haldi, laal mirch powder, dhaniya powder aur garam masala daal kar achi tarah se mix karein aur 2-3 minute tak bhunein.
5. Dal Ko Tadka Mein Mix Karein
Bhune huye masale mein ab paki hui dal daal dein. Achi tarah se mix karein aur agar zarurat ho to thoda paani daal kar consistency adjust karein. Dal ko 5-10 minute tak halki aanch par pakne dein taaki masale ka swad dal mein achi tarah se ghul jaaye.
6. Garnishing Aur Serve Karein
