Tamato Pappu Recipe

Tamatar aur dal, yeh dono hi bhojan mein swaad aur sehat dono ka khayal rakhte hain. Tamatar Pappu, Andhra Pradesh ka pramukh pakwaan hai, jo ki swadist aur poshtik dono hota hai. Ismein dal aur tamatar ke perfect blend se bani yeh dish, aapke taste buds ko khush karne ke saath saath aapki health ke liye bhi beneficial hai. Samagri:

1 cup tuvar dal

3 cups paani

2-3 tamatar (barik kata hua)

1 pyaaz (barik kata hua)

2 hari mirch (barik kata hua)

1/2 tsp haldi powder

1 tsp lal mirch powder

Namak swaad ke anusaar

1 tbsp tel

1/2 tsp rai

1/2 tsp jeera

4-5 garlic cloves (bareek kata hua)

Kuch curry patta

Hara dhaniya (garnishing ke liye)

Vidhi:

Sabse pehle, dal ko achhe se dho kar saaf paani mein bhigo dein. Fir ise cooker mein daal kar paani, haldi powder aur thoda sa namak daal kar 3-4 seetiyan lagayein ya jab tak dal gal na jaye.

Jab dal gal jaye, use thanda hone tak rakh dein.

Ek pan mein tel garam karein. Garam tel mein rai, jeera, hari mirch, curry patta aur chopped garlic daal kar use bhunein, jab tak garlic golden brown na ho jaye.

Ab ismein barik kata pyaaz daal kar ise saute karein, fir tamatar aur lal mirch powder daal kar achhe se milayein.

Tamatar gal jaye tab usmein thoda sa namak daal kar ache se milayein.

Ab is mixture ko thoda sa thanda hone dein.

Thanda ho jane par ise blender mein paste bana lein.

Is paste ko cooker mein ubalte hue dal mein milayein aur ise aadhe ghante tak dhimi aanch par pakayein, dhyan rahe, usmein paani bhi daalein.

Jab tamatar pappu thoda garha ho jaye, gas band kar dein.

Tamatar Pappu ko ek bowl mein nikal kar, garama garam serve karein, garnish karein hara dhaniya se.
