Aaj hum banayenge ek healthy aur tasty dish jo hai Moong Chilka Dal. Yeh dal fiber aur protein se bharpoor hoti hai aur taste mein bhi bahut badhiya hoti hai. Moong chilka dal ko bahut tarikon se banaya ja sakta hai, par aaj hum aapko ek simple aur traditional tarika bata rahe hain. Toh chaliye, shuru karte hain!
Ingredients:
Moong chilka dal: 1 cup
Pani: 3 cups
Tamatar: 2 medium, finely chopped
Pyaz: 1 medium, finely chopped
Hari mirch: 2, slit
Adrak: 1 inch piece, grated
Lehsun: 4-5 cloves, finely chopped
Haldi powder: 1/2 tsp
Namak: Swad anusar
Jeera: 1 tsp
Hing: 1 pinch
Desi ghee: 2 tbsp
Dhaniya powder: 1 tsp
Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
Hara dhaniya: garnish ke liye
Method:
Dal ko tayar karna:
Sabse pehle moong chilka dal ko acchi tarah se dhoyein. Kam se kam 2-3 baar paani se dhoyein taaki saari gandi cheezein nikal jayein.
Ab dal ko ek bowl mein 15-20 minute ke liye bhigo dein. Isse dal jaldi pak jati hai aur taste mein bhi acchi hoti hai.
15-20 minute baad dal ko pressure cooker mein transfer karein aur 3 cups paani daal dein. Haldi powder aur namak daal kar cooker ka dhakkan band kar dein.
High flame par 1 seeti aane dein, fir flame low kar ke 2-3 seeti aur lagayein. Iske baad gas band kar dein aur pressure khatam hone dein.
Tadka tayar karna:
Jab tak pressure cooker ka pressure khatam hota hai, hum tadka tayar karte hain. Ek kadhai mein desi ghee garam karein.
Ghee garam hone par jeera aur hing daal dein. Jeera jab phatne lage to finely chopped lehsun daal dein.
Lehsun golden brown hone tak bhun lein aur fir hari mirch aur adrak daal dein. Inhe bhi halki aanch par 1-2 minute bhun lein.
Ab finely chopped pyaz daal kar golden brown hone tak bhunein. Pyaz acche se bhunne par finely chopped tamatar daal dein.
Tamatar soft hone aur oil chhodne tak bhunein. Iske baad dhaniya powder aur garam masala daal kar acchi tarah se mix karein.
Dal aur tadka ko milana:
Ab pressure cooker ka dhakkan khol kar cooked dal ko acche se mash kar lein. Dal mein agar paani kam ho to thoda aur paani daal kar desired consistency tak le aayein.
Ab tayar tadka ko dal mein daal kar acchi tarah se mix karein. Dal ko 5-7 minute tak halki aanch par pakaayein taaki saari flavors acche se mix ho jayein.
Gas band kar ke hara dhaniya daal kar garnish karein. Moong chilka dal tayar hai serve karne ke liye.
Serving Suggestions:
Moong chilka dal ko garma-garam roti, paratha ya chawal ke saath serve karein. Iske saath papad, achar aur salad bhi serve kiya ja sakta hai.
Tips:
Agar aapko dal thodi thick pasand hai to paani kam daalein. Agar patli pasand hai to paani thoda zyada daalein.
Dal ko masala dal banane ke liye ismein extra spices jaise red chili powder ya kasuri methi daal sakte hain.
Moong chilka dal ko healthy aur tasty banane ke liye ismein palak ya methi bhi daal sakte hain.
