Sabse pehle, ek cup Moth Dal ko ache se dho kar 4-5 ghante ke liye bhigo kar rakh dein. Isse dal jaldi se gal jayegi aur usme ek achha texture bhi aayega.
Dal Ko Pressure Cook Karna:
Ab ek pressure cooker me bhigi hui Moth Dal daal kar usme 3 cup paani daal dein. Isme thoda sa namak aur haldi powder bhi mila dein. Cooker ka dhakkan bandh kar ke 3-4 siti laga lein taki dal ache se gal jaye.
Tadka Tayaar Karna:
Ek kadahi me tel garam kar lein. Garam tel me sabse pehle jeera aur rai daal kar tadka lagayein. Jab yeh futne lagen, tab isme lehsun, adrak aur hari mirch daal kar bhun lein.
Piyaz aur Tamatar Bhunna:
Ab isme kata hua piyaz daal kar use golden brown hone tak bhunein. Phir isme kate hue tamatar daal kar ache se mila lein aur tamatar ko soft hone tak pakaayein. Isme lal mirch powder aur dhaniya powder mila dein.
Dal Ko Tadka Dena:
Jab masala achhe se bhun jaye aur tel chhodne lage, tab isme pressure cooker me se galayi hui Moth Dal mila dein. Dal ko masale me ache se mila kar 5-10 minute tak halki aanch par pakaayein taki sab masale dal me ache se ghul mil jayein.
